Hilary Weissberg (She/Her) obtained a BA in psychology, theatre, and visual art from Harvard University.  She furthered her acting studies in NYC at Kimball Studio, and began her study of voice at The Linklater Center for Voice and Language. Concurrently, she trained in yoga and meditation, and then taught yoga at NYC's Virayoga, founded by Elena Brower.

Hilary later obtained a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders at Southern CT State University.  She became certified as a Speech-Language Pathologist by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed by the CT Department of Public Health. Hilary is also certified  in Lee Silverman Voice Technique (LSVT LOUD), an effective speech treatment for individuals with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions. Hilary has worked in school, hospital, skilled nursing, and home health settings.

Now in private practice, Hilary enjoys using her extensive training in voice to enable trans and gender nonconforming individuals to find theirs.  Additionally, she  helps people with stroke, TBI,  and any neurological conditions that impair cognition and communication. Hilary remains connected to the acting community by performing in local community theatre and film productions, and also coaches actors in voice, articulation, and accent modification.  With gentleness, patience, creativity, and compassion, Hilary uses a "whole-person," therapeutic approach to give people a voice.
